    Stylish and incredibly beautiful place, pleasant staff on shift. Incredible rooms with very comfy bed, food delicious. Great and fantastic location, especially for me. Located 15 min walk away from Epping tube station.

    Couples looking for a touch of luxury

    Room 1 was fine, beautiful shower and a coffee machine , made mornings much better. The staff even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of prosecco when we arrived.

    It wasn't exactly cheap, but you do get what you pay for.

    Room had a beautiful shower, coffee machine, and comfy bed. Staff were super friendly and surprised us with a complimentary bottle of prosecco. Fresh breakfast was served, no buffet. Loved the funky decor and great location on the high street with shops nearby. Unique hotel layout added to the vibe.

    Attentive and friendly staff. The Beautiful Double Room was immaculate and had all necessary amenities. Dinner in the downstairs restaurant was excellent, with standout dishes like the bread toasts. Despite the enjoyable stay, a couple of nights felt a bit overpriced given the average location.

    This place was a decent match for a quick break in Epping with real value for money. The staff were helpful when I needed a late check-out, appreciated. Just be prepared for some noise at night from the bar downstairs.

    The room decor was really fine, loved the comfy bed and the cute little touches like the coffee machine. Staff were super friendly and the breakfast was awesome, not a buffet but fresh food served. The location is great too, right on the high street with loads of shops n food options nearby. I really liked the unique layout of the hotel, it felt different and cool.

    The water pressure in the bath was terrible which was a let down. Parking was a bit of a hassle as there were only a few spaces.

    The hotel has a unique character with its exposed beams and vintage decor. The staff were friendly and accommodating were great.

    The Beautiful Double Room featured a beautiful design with plenty of character. The unique vibe of the hotel had a funky touch that could appeal to those looking for something different.

    The noise from the pub and nightclub below made it nearly impossible to get a decent night's sleep. Rooms felt a bit cramped due to excessive furnishings. Little practical issues like a lack of a soap dish and no towel hook near the sink were a hassle. Breakfast starting at 8am is quite late for those needing to get going early, and the check-in process took longer than expected, delaying my access to the room after a long travel day.
